DATE : October 22, 2018 The respondent prays that the interim stay which was granted by this Court on 30/09/2015 be vacated in view of default in the payment of rent. In paragraph 2 of the application the payment made by the appellants has been stated.
In the reply filed on behalf of the appellants it has been stated that in view of the financial condition of the appellants there has been some delay in depositing the arrears.
Time of two weeks is granted by way of last chance to clear the arrears of rent in terms of order dated 30/09/2015. If the arrears are not so deposited within said period, the interim stay shall stand vacated without reference to Court. Civil Application is disposed of. The aspect of non-compliance of the interim order in so far as supply of water and use of toilet is kept open for further consideration.
