By filing these applications, the applicants in FIR No.2/2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 504, 506, 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pray for permission to amend the application praying for quashing of charge-sheet which is registered as Regular Criminal Case No.857/2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.5, Akola. For the grounds mentioned in the applications and as the charge-sheets are filed during the pendency of the present applications, same are allowed.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks and the amended copy of application be served on respondents. Applicants to also place the copies of charge-sheet on record. Stand over to 22.10.2018.
