Heard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that most of the prayers made in the writ petition stand satisfied, as the Union of India and the National Highway Authority of India have taken appropriate steps in terms of the prayers made in the writ petition. It is stated that by the interim orders passed by this Court from time to time, the prayers made in prayer clauses B and C also stand granted and the grievance of the petitioner in that regard is redressed.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the public interest litigation with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
