The Presiding OfÏcer, School Tribunal, Amravati, has submitted a letter dated 08.01.2019 pointing out that this Court had directed the tribunal to decide Appeal No.10 of 2018 within three months from the date of the order of this Court i.e. 03.10.2018. It is pointed out that the appeal was decided on 05.01.2019 and that there has been a delay of three days in deciding the appeal. It is stated that since the record was bulky, there has been delay of three days in deciding the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the letter, since the appeal already stood decided on 05.01.2019, the period of time of three months is directed to be extended till 05.01.2019 so that it is taken on record that the appeal was decided by the Tribunal within the time granted by this Court.
