DATE : 08.02.2017 By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the directions in the order dated 15.4.2015 in Writ Petition No.1336/2015 directing the respondents to take a decision in the caste claim of the petitioner within six months from 16.4.2015. Shri Thakare, the learned Counsel for the respondents states that due to the lack of Vigilance Officers and due to the vacancies in the Scrutiny Committee, the matter could not be decided as per the directions issued by this Court. It is stated that a decision in the caste claim of the petitioner is taken on 31.1.2017 and the caste claim of the petitioner is rejected. It is

By accepting the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
