Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

In short, it is their case that their lands were acquired and the compensation for the same was not paid. They also applied for joint measurement of lands.

After joint measurement, they, through their lawyer, have submitted the representation dated 08.05.2025 (Page

119) to the competent authorities, including the Land Acquisition Officer.

We direct that the representation of the petitioners dated 08.05.2025 be decided by the respondent-authority within 12 weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
