DATED : NOVEMBER 3, 2017 This application is filed by respondents/ original defendants seeking extension of time to furnish solvent surety in compliance to clause (d) of minutes of order entered into by the parties in Civil Revision Application No.30/2014.

As per said clause, respondents/original defendants have undertaken to furnish solvent surety amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- to the satisfaction of Superintendent of trial Court within a period of six weeks. The said period of six weeks has apparently expired as the minutes of order are of 27/1/2017. Applicant has no objection for extension of time. For the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Time is extended by two weeks from today to furnish solvent surety as aforesaid before trial Court.
