Although, the petitioner has challenged interim order passed by respondent No.2-Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, the learned Counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal finally. 03.
Having regard to the contentions advanced, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2-Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the appeal bearing V.P.A. Appeal No.33/2025-26 (Babita Shridhar Uikey vs. Additional Collector, Bhandara and others), preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
