CIVIL APPLICATION NOS. 2656/2023, 2655/2023, 2657/2023, 2658/2023, 2659/2023, 2660/2023, 2124/2024 AND 2144/2024 2] By present applications, the petitioners are praying for condonation of delay in filing application to bring on record legal representatives of respondent nos. 20, 24, 24(b) and 36.

3] The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the legal representatives have been served but none appears for them, though power has been filed for some of the legal representatives.

5-CAW-2656-2023 4] The learned Counsels appearing for the respondents have no objection if the applications are allowed, as prayed for.

5] Since the legal representatives, who have been served, have not appeared, there is no challenge to the pleadings made in the applications.

6] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the applications, the same are allowed. Abatement is set aside. Delay is condoned. The petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of the aforesaid respondents. Necessary amendment be carried out within seven working days from today.

7] The Civil Applications are disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 3707/2023 8] Once amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents returnable three weeks thereafter.
