Learned counsel for respondent 1 - Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar states that the petitioner, who was a contractual employee, is now replaced by Mr. Yogesh Domale, who is duly selected via "Pavitra Portal Mechanism".

In view of the statement (supra) which we accept, nothing survives in the petition inasmuch as the petitioner was seeking regularization in service. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
