DATED : 05/01/2022 The challenge raised in this petition was against the rejection of the petitioner's Nomination Form for the election of Managing Committee. While issuing notice, this Court had passed an ad interim order directing the Election Officer to provisionally accept the petitioner' s Nomination Form.

Today, it is informed that the petitioner contested the election and the result thereof have been declared.

In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. It is dismissed accordingly. No Costs.
