Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant/ respondent Nos.1 to 5. Nobody is present on behalf of the appellant.

The appeal is already dismissed against respondent No.6. As the application for grant of permission to withdraw the deposited decretal amount has been rejected and the appeal is of the year 2009, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed. Let the appeal be listed for final hearing in February, 2017.
