Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant has cited an order dated 27.10.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (BA) No.745/2015.

Seen the order. Looking to the said order and the ground of parity, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.758/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Mayur s/o Kashinath Nagose be released on bail on he furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.35/2015 registered with Police Station Saoli, Dist. Chandrapur for an offence punishable under Sections 376 (d), 342, 450, 506 of IPC read with Section 5 (g), 6 of the POCSO Act

ba758.15 (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) The applicant shall not enter village Mokhala, Tq. Saoli, Dist. Chandrapur and is directed to obtain similar directions in Criminal Application No.745/2015 that the applicant therein namely; Yograj @ Yogesh Dashrath Mahare shall also not enter the boundaries of village Mokhala within a period of one week.
