Seen the earlier order dated 6th July, 2015 in Criminal Application (BA) No.346/2015 whereby this Court had, prima facie, found direct evidence against the applicant about the overt act in making assault on the deceased, and rejected the same.

Mr. Anil Mardikar, learned senior Advocate submits that there is subsequent event, namely, grant of bail by subsequent order dated 30.06.2015 to some other co-accused.

In view of the finding recorded by me about the direct evidence against the applicant, the present Application is rejected.
