The matter jointly mentioned at 02.30 p.m.. It is brought to the notice that the disputed amount is of Rs. 11,10,179/- only. In view of that, it is urged that the undertaking be restricted to that extent only. 3.

The informant's learned counsel has no objection as it is a matter of record.

In view of above, correction about the amount as urged be made in para (b) of the operative order of our decision dated dated 17.10.2024 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 692/2024.
