DATE : 24/02/2022 1] A joint pursis has been filed by the parties hereto, wherein they have agreed to settle their dispute in respect of Summary Criminal Complaint Case No. 307309/ 2015 pending in the Court of 17th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur and Regular Darkhast No. 35/2018 pending in the Court of District Judge-8, Nagpur.

2] The petitioner is present in person. The respondent is present through Parasram Balkisan Naganwar, Divisional Manager (Legal) and Authorized signatory. Both of them agree to the terms of the settlement. The petitioner in person as well as Respondent through its Divisional Manager (Legal), admit to have read and understood the contents of the pursis dated 24.02.2022, its meaning and effect and state

that the contents are true and correct to their knowledge and binding upon them.

3] In pursuance to the compliance of the terms, the petitioner in person has handed over cheque of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) bearing No. 273412 drawn on the Union Bank of India, in favour of Shriram Chits India Pvt., Ltd., as the respondent is now converted into this entity. 4] The terms of the compromise as indicated in the joint pursis are taken on record and marked as ""X" for the purpose of identification.

5] The petition is disposed of in terms of the pursis dated 24.2.2022 and the cheque of Rs. 30,000/- is handed over to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to annexe a xerox copy of the aforesaid cheque to the pursis marked as "X" and so also to give a copy of the same to the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
