The Notification dated 19.07.2019 challenged in this petition was valid for a period of only one year and now its validity has come to an end. So, this petition based upon challenge to the Notification dated 19.07.2019 has been rendered infructuous.

There is one more reason for rendering this petition as infructuous. The issue involved in this petition is covered by the view taken by us in the judgment dated 19th June, 2019 rendered in the case of Criminal

2 Cri.W.P.793.2019 Application No. 250 of 2019. For these reasons also this petition has been rendered infructuous.
