12/09/2023 This is an application filed by respondent Nos.1 to 4 for withdrawal of balance 50% amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

It is stated that money is required for marriage of respondent No.4- Ku. Krushna D/o Sanjayrao Gulhane. Photocopy of the weddingcard is filed with the application.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that if the Court is not inclined to grant entire balance amount, respondent Nos.1 to 4 may be allowed to withdraw 25% of the balance amount.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that

43 caf 2618.23.odt..odt considering the reasons stated in the application, respondent Nos.1 to 4 may be allowed to withdraw 25% of the balance amount with accrued interest on 25% of the balance amount.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are allowed to withdraw 25% of the balance amount with accrued interest. 7.

In view of the submissions made by learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4, 25% amount is allowed to be deposited in the bank account of respondent No.1- Smt. Vibha wd/o Sanjayrao Gulhane mother of respondent No.4, subject to undertaking to the effect that in case the appeal is decided against the respondent Nos.1 to 4 then respondent No.1 will deposit the amount with interest, as directed by this Court. 8.

The amount be deposited within one week.
