04/09/2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition which is imposed by releasing the applicant on bail in Criminal Application (BA) No.1087/2019.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ready to attend the Police Station Ramnagar, Gondia, only relaxation he seeks is that he shall be permitted to attend concerned police station on the date which is fixed by the learned Trial Court. In view of the reason mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on a fixed date of the trial, till culmination of trial, as directed by this Court. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
