DATE : 19/10/2022 Learned Counsel for Official Liquidator made a request for extension of time of one year. Earlier on various dates such extension was granted. The last extension was granted by this Court on 27/10/2021. It is observed by this Court :

"The Office of Official Liquidator is in need of one more staff, considering the pendency of Liquidation Work. As per the Rule 308 of the Companies (Court) Rule, 1959, the Company Court is empowered to sanction the staff on such salary and allowances as the Court may deem appropriate.

There is a reason to believe that the services of Shri Jitendra D. Mangre are required for further period of one year. As observed by the Division Bench of this Court on 20/04/2018 in Civil Application (CAL)

34 olr 18-2022.odt No. 05/2018 the terms and conditions of Company paid Staff will be as per the Seventh Pay Commission."

It appears that there is settlement between the said employee -Jitendra D. Mangre and Official Liquidator. As such, this Court has already granted extension to the said employee. Hence, the application is allowed. The services of company Staff- Jitendra Mangre is extended for the period of one year from 08/11/2022 on the same terms and conditions which are mentioned in order dated 27/10/2021.
