Shri S.M.Ghodeswar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the Writ Petition is filed, the petitioner has not turned up despite the efforts of the counsel and has not instructed the counsel in the matter. It is stated by Shri Ghodeswar that he was not in a position to work out the matter in this background. It is clear from the aforesaid statement of the counsel that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Hence, we dismiss the same, with no order as to costs.
