DATED : 27/03/ .
1.
This petition can be disposed of without going into the merits of the matter. The grievance raised in the present petition is about the implementation of Clause 9.2 of Government Resolution dated 19/10/2022 and in this respect the petitioner has already made two representations which are pending before the respondents and yet not decided by respondents. In absence of any decision on such representations, the reasons for denying such benefits are not coming forward and, therefore, we are of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice to direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 10/05/2023.
2.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation dated 10/05/2023 within two months from today.
2 31 wp 6061-2023 3.
At the same time the respondent No.1 shall consider the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and take a decision on the same within two months.
4.
Both the respondents shall communicate the decision independently to the petitioner within stipulated time.
5.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 along with the copy of petition, within one week. JUDGE JUDGE Jayashree..
