The learned Counsel for the appellant has filed this application to join the mother of the appellant Shantabai Wd/o. Bhaurao Thaware as a party respondent No.3. 2.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has stated that when the land was purchased, the appellant was minor and therefore, the land was purchased in his mother's name Shantabai wd/o. Bhaurao Thaware. Accordingly, in Land Acquisition Case No.457/2021, the award came to be passed wherein his mother's name is appeared.

In the reference proceedings, the appellant has joined his mother. However, the Revenue Authority has deleted his mother's name since the appellant has attained majority. Even the 7/12 extract showing the name of the appellant.

Since, now the appellant has challenged the award dated 11.09.2014, wherein his mother's name is appeared, he wants to join his mother as a party respondent in this First Appeal.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to join his mother as a party respondent No.3.
