Present application is filed by the respondent No.1 for seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount.

As per the contention of the respondent No.1, she had filed the reference for grant of compensation as her land was acquired by the Railway. While filing the application, her name was mentioned as Sarla Chindhuji Mankar which is incorrect. In fact, all the documents including Pan Card, Aadhar Card shows her name as Sarla Chintaman Mankar. This is an inadvertent mistake committed and continued till the disposal of the appeal.

On the basis of the documents, she may be permitted to withdraw the amount. The application is supported by the copy of the Government Gazette wherein her name is mentioned as Sarala Chintamanrao Mankar. She had also filed an affidavit contending all the facts. In view of this statement made in the application supported by the copy of the Government Gazette and the affidavit.

The amount of compensation be disbursed to the respondent No.1 in the name of Sarla Chintaman Mankar.

Civil Application is disposed of.
