The petition challenges the order dated 06/07/2019, whereby the defendants have been permitted to adduce evidence holding that it would be necessary in the interest of justice to permit them to do so as there is a requirement of deciding the suit on merits. The decision of a suit on merit is something which is always to be preferred as against a decision in default, considering which, I do not find any merit in the petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
