DATED : DECEMBER 14, 2023 We have perused the record produced by the respondent no.3 Land Acquisition Officer and also considered the oral explanation tendered by the respondent no.3 through learned Assistant Government Pleader.

2) A categorical statement is made by Shri Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader that in case petitioners appear before the Land Acquisition Officer, their claim for release of amount of compensation shall be considered and redressed.

3) In view of above, Shri Bhoyar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Land Acquisition Officer in the first week of January 2024 with a prayer for release of amount of compensation.

4) The respondent no.3 Land Acquisition Officer

5) In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the petition. The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
