The appeal filed by the original informant challenging the acquittal of the accused Nos. 1 to 7 and 9 is admitted. In view of the reasons stated therein following order is passed:

5] Shri V.S.Uberoi, Advocate waives notice for the respondent No.6, Shri R.M.Daga, Advocate waives notice for the respondent No.7.

6] Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall follow.

7] The learned Sessions Judge shall release the respondents on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.Fifteen Thousand each with one surety in the like amount for each of the respondent.
