10th September, 2018 In Prayer Clause [I], the wordings "Rs.5 lakhs" are permitted to be corrected to Rs.10 lakhs. Correction be carried out forthwith.

------ The application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause [I] subject to applicant furnishing an undertaking that in case the present Revision is allowed, he shall deposit the entire amount withdrawn in these proceedings with seven per cent interest. The undertaking be furnished within a period of two weeks. It is only after furnishing the undertaking, the applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount.
