DATED : JANUARY 15, 2019 Shri Kanungo, learned Counsel for applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application and further prays that direction may be issued to learned trial Court to decide expeditiously application filed under Section 156 of Code of Criminal Procedure upon which Police report is stated to be received by submitting that due to pendency of the present application, said application is kept pending before learned trial Court.

We prima facie find that present application is not tenable in view of the fact that no offence is registered against applicants.

In that view of the matter, leave is granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn. We expect that learned trial Court would consider the
