By this application original claimant is

(2) 16.fa.254.2018 +1 seeking withdrawal of the remaining compensation amount along with the accrued interest, as appeal is already withdrawn by the appellant Insurance Company. 2.

There is no hurdle to permit the original claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, original claimant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount.

The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.
