This is an application by respondent - claimant Nos. 1 to 7 in First Appeal No. 760 of 2011 for withdrawal of the balance decretal amount of Rs.14,07,693/- (Rs. Fourteen lakh seven thousand six hundred and ninety three only), which was deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The learned counsel for the appellant brought to the notice of this Court an Award passed before the National Lok Adalat on 13.07.2019 whereby both the parties have entered into a compromise and the appellant in that compromise

In this view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause in the application. No order as to costs. JUDGE *GS.
