Date : 01 st DECEMBER, 2015 On 16.6.2015 this Court has passed following order: "Counsel for contesting parties state that mediation has been successful and total amount of Rs. 9 lacs is to be deposited by the husband, out of which Rs.2.5 lacs is already deposited and a joint petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent is also filed. Both the counsel in this situation state that present application be heard after November, 2015.

Place the criminal application for further consideration on 1.12.2015."

0112apl617.14 and Advocate Chandekar for non-applicants 2 and 3 are present. They inform that all compliances have been done and the arrangement as per compromise is now fully made. APP appears for non-applicant no. 1.

In view of this statement, as the matter is already compromised and respective parties have discharged their obligations, we quash and set aside F.I.R. dated 07.7.2014 and consequently Crime No.293/14 registered with police station Hinganghat, District Wardha.

Writ petition is thus allowed and disposed of. No costs.
