By this application the applicant has sought condonation of 121 days delay in filing the appeal under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987. 4.

I have perused the record and considered the submissions. In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, which in my considered view, constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned.
