CORAM : MANISH PITALE J DATED : 02/12/2019 By this writ petition the petitioners have challenged order dated 30th July 2016, passed on Exh.U2, whereby interim application filed on behalf of the petitioners for interim relief during the pendency of the complaint before the Industrial Court was rejected. Notice was issued in this writ petition on 27/10/2016. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint itself is now ripe for final hearing before the Industrial Court and that if a suitable direction is given for disposal of the complaint at the earliest, it would suffice for the ends of justice. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Industrial
2 / 2 wp6420.16 Court to finally hear and dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioners within a period of three months from today, without being influenced by the impugned interim order dated 30th July 2016 passed against the petitioners. 4.
Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.
