DATE : 27/09/2022 Civil Application (CAW) No.2136/2022 This is an application seeking amendment of the writ petition in order to bring on record subsequent development pertaining to dismissal of Regular Civil Suit No.42 of 2008 filed by the respondent herein. The copy of the judgment and order dismissing the suit is also sought to be placed on record.

Although the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has opposed the amendment application, considering that the subsequent event relevant to the decision of the writ petition is sought to be brought on record. The application is allowed in the interest of justice.
