This is a revision preferred by the original accused who were convicted by 4th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhandara for the offence punishable under Section 294 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and each petitioner-accused was directed to pay only fine of Rs.One Thousand and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for fifteen days. They were acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 506(II) of the Indian Penal Code. This order was taken before the first appellate Court in Criminal Appeal No. 68 of 2008. The appeal was dismissed on 6th August, 2010. As such the present criminal revision is preferred. It was admitted by this Court in the year 2012 and till this time there is no progress in the matter.
Today also none present for the revision petitioners. As such, the revision petition is dismissed in default and accordingly disposed of.
