2) Our attention is invited to the communication dated 20/02/2020, issued by respondent No.2 - Collector. 3) It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of aforesaid communication, no action is taken by respondent No.3 - Zilla Parishad.

4) In view of the aforesaid position, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.3 to communicate the petitioner within three months from today, as regards the action taken on the communication dated 20/02/2020 forwarded by respondent No.2 - Collector to respondent No.3 - Zilla Parishad.
