DATED : FEBRUARY 3, 2020 At this stage, Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant, submits that order impugned in this proceeding is a revisible order. He, therefore, prays for grant of permission to withdraw present application to enable him to file revision before the revisional Court. He, therefore, submits that within a period of four weeks from today, the applicant will file revision.
The statement is accepted.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file revision before the revisional Court within four weeks from today, challenging the order impugned herein. If the revision is filed within four weeks from today and if it is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, it is expected from learned revisional Court to decide this application in accordance with law, in the light of provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. It is made clear that case of applicant is not considered on its own merit by this Court.
