CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR J.
DATE : FEBRUARY 07 , 2020 .
Perused the review application and heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
In support, reliance is placed on the decision in Beg Raj Singh Versus State of U.P. & Others [(2003) 1 SCC 726]. Considering the reasons mentioned while deciding the writ petition, no error apparent on the face of record is found to invoke review jurisdiction. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application. It is accordingly rejected. (A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) APTE
