The applicants have filed the present application praying that the contents of paragraph 8 of the judgment dated 13.06.2018 in Second Appeal No.403 of 2013 be corrected with regard to the date of knowledge of execution of the sale-deed in question.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is seen that in paragraph 8 of the judgment, reference is made to the written statement at Exhibit 54 and paragraph 17 thereof. It is clarified that contents of paragraph 8 are based on the written statement at Exhibit 54.

Civil application is disposed of.
