DATED : 27 NOVEMBER, 2015 Heard.
We find that the application for speaking to minutes cannot be entertained as this Court has in paragraph-2, paragraph-6 and thereafter in operative part of its judgment dated 25/3/2015 taken note of the fact that the first information report is registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Shri Khandewale, learned Counsel for the applicant, in this situation, seeks leave to convert this application into appropriate application to point out the error apparent on the face of record. We are not in position even to grant such liberty. However, we grant leave to the applicant to move the concerned Bench for suitable relief in that regard.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
