The petitioner who was initially appointed as 'Gram Sevek' was subsequently promoted as Village Development Officer. He claims entitlement to senior grade on completion of twenty years of service. Since it is the case of the petitioner that he has not been granted promotional pay-scale, he has made representation to the respondent no.3 praying that such benefits be released in his favour. 3.

Since the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2023 is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia, it is directed that the said representation be decided within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. Decision taken on the representation be communicated to the petitioner. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule accordingly. No costs.
