DATED : OCTOBER 21, 2016 The civil application is disposed of with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties in the following terms :

1) The appellant - husband would have access to the minor child Prajakta on the last Sunday of every month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2) In every alternate month, the appellant - husband would travel to Mouda for seeking access to Prajakta from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The appellant - husband would drop Prajakta to her house at Mouda when he visits Mouda for seeking her access, at 4 p.m. 3) Needless to say that the respondent - wife would travel to Nagpur in the month in which her husband is not travelling to Mouda and give the access of Prajakta to the appellant - husband at 11 a.m. and again take the child from the house of the appellant - husband at 4 p.m.

4) The appellant - husband would bear the travelling expenses of the respondent - wife and
