M.C.A. ST. NO. 17976 OF 2019 The Second Appeal St. No. 6433/2019 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections is sought to be restored. Mr. Girdekar, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the office objections shall be removed within one week.

(2) 902 CAO 119-2020 Accepting the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the misc. civil application is allowed. The Second Appeal is restored. On office objections being removed within one week, office to register the appeal and list it for admission on 27.02.2020.

The misc. civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
