Since the petitioner seeks to challenge the order of invalidation that has been passed during pendency of the present proceedings, the amendment is allowed. Same be carried out accordingly. Civil Application is disposed of.

By the order dated 09/08/2023 an interim order was passed permitting the petitioner in participating CAP round II without the respondent No.1 insisting for production of the validity certificate. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted admission in the said round and is required to report

Since a validity certificate has been issued to the petitioner's father as well as elder brother, in continuation of the earlier interim order, it is directed that the petitioner be considered for grant of provisional admission in the Scheduled Tribe category subject to result of the writ petition. It is clarified that the petitioner would not be entitled to any equity in this regard.
