ATE : OCTOBER 13 , 2023 Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent no.1 and Shri U.J. Deshpande, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2] The petitioners claim entitlement to the benefit of Circular dated 13/10/2016 and pray that they be granted pay scale that is admissible to the subject teachers who are engaged at Classes - VI to VIII of Zilla Parishad Schools. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, their names figured in the seniority list dated 1/1/2022 on the basis of which they would be entitled to such pay scale. The petitioners have therefore made a representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola (page No. 62 of the Writ Petition).

3] In these facts, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 29/6/2023 within a period of six weeks from today and take a decision thereon. In case the petitioners are found entitled to the benefit of such pay scale, the same shall be made admissible to them accordingly.
