This application is filed by the appellant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 656 days caused for filing the revision application, which was dismissed for non removal of office objection. 2.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides.

The learned Advocate for the appellant contended that the matter was dismissed by the learned Registrar of this Court for non-removal of office objections. Learned Advocate further submitted that he will remove the office objections on or before 25.10.2024.

Learned AGP appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 has strongly opposed the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed. The delay of 656 days caused for filing of revision application is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice, on the condition that the learned Advocate for the appellant shall remove the office objections on or before 25.10.2024. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the application shall be deemed to be dismissed without further reference to the court.
