By the present application the applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 07.08.2024, by which the writ petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the mistake has occurred on his part and assured of being diligent in future.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed as prayed for. The order dated 07.08.2024 is recalled. Writ Petition No.7374/2023 is restored.

List the petition after two weeks.
