DATE : 14/11/2022 Civil Application (O) No. 857/2022 is for condonation of delay and Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.9729/2022 is for restoration of Writ Petition No. 3403 of 2021.
Considering the quantum of delay which is about 6 months and the reasons given, the same is condoned, subject to the payment of Rs.1,000/-, to be paid to the High Court Legal Service Sub Committee, Nagpur by 21.11.2022. The matter is restored. Civil applications are allowed and disposed of.

It is contended by Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the present matter is covered by the order of this Court dated 1.8.2022 passed

The petitioner shall serve the respondent by all modes permissible in law including e-mail, WhatsApp. Hamdast granted.
The request of Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the petitioner to deposit the cheque of the principal amount as per the impugned order is granted and he is permitted to deposit the cheque in the Registry of this Court by tomorrow.
