Dated : 10 th October, 2018 Ms Sejal Lakhani, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant-petitioner, has vehemently argued that at the time of filing of this petition, there was no apprehension about the termination of the services of the petitioner. Hence, the employer was not joined as the party-respondent. Now the apprehension is apparent and, therefore, this application is moved.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
